- What is the turnaround time for a stock product?

While we keep some things in stock, we mostly make them on demand just for you. Please allow 1-5 days to process your order and have it shipped out!

- Can I order any hat, any color, and any color of stitching?

While we try to match exactly what you want, we can't meet all requests. We go out of our way and even buy custom supplies where we can, but some requests still cannot be met. We have to work with vendors and their supplies.

- How do I know if you can meet my requests?

Simple, just ask! We respond as soon as possible to any inquiries through email or social. Wondering whether your image would work on a patch? Ask us! We are happy to help.

-Can I use any image I want for a patch?

We do not do full color printing, we laser engrave our patches. The best images are black and white only. To find out if your color image translates well to a patch, reach out to us through email or social.

- How does the order process for a custom hat/stocking hat work?

Simply select the quantity you want and leave instructions on your order. You can upload an image and leave instructions. We will reach out to you with any questions we have very promptly.

Is there a minimum for hat orders?

Currently, there is no minimum order for custom hats or stocking hats! We feel like this sets us apart from our competitors!

- What is the lead time on a custom order?

A stock NHC hat is the fastest turnaround time. We sometimes have your custom hat done the same day and sometimes we have to wait on an order to meet your specific request.
